- Manage budget planning and coordinate with management

- Promote a respectful, clear, and reliable leadership culture
- Shape concept and development processes and actively further develop the department
- Advise management on professional, organizational, and strategic matters
- Represent the department internally
Your profile
- Completed studies in the psychosocial field
- Alternatively, a degree in social management
- Alternatively, a comparable minimum three-year education
- Extensive leadership experience
- Proficiency in shaping development and change processes
- Comprehensive expertise in supporting individuals with disabilities
- Relevant professional experience in supporting individuals with disabilities
- Business-minded thinking and actions
- Good understanding of budget management
- Good understanding of organizational contexts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Reflective, solution-oriented personality
- Appreciative and clear understanding of leadership
