We are seeking an executive to lead the Cashier Department. You will assume personnel and professional management of the Admission/Discharge, Operating Room Scheduling, and Porter sections, as well as organizing payment transactions and billing.
Your responsibilities
- Personnel management of the Cashier Department
- Content management of the Cashier Department, including Admission/Discharge, Operating Room Scheduling, and Porters
- Leading a team of currently 14 employees
- Responsibility for duty scheduling
- Preparation of ad-hoc and regular reports to the Administrative Director and their deputy
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Development of topic-specific work instructions
- Coordination with all service areas
- Implementation of new legal and contractual frameworks in IT systems
- Maintenance and updating of all rates
- Implementation of contractual terms with social and private insurance in internal IT systems
- Participation in projects in the Cashier, Admission/Discharge, Operating Room Scheduling, and Porter areas
- Participation in negotiations with private and public health insurers
- Responsibility for all payment transactions
- Execution of institutional billing as well as billing and payment of medical fees
Your profile
- Completed commercial education with Matura
- Higher qualification possible, e.g., business administration degree
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
