You represent the department management in the area of Structural Fire Protection and Insulation Technology and take on organizational and operational tasks. Your responsibilities
- Support and represent the department management in the area of Structural Fire Protection & Insulation Technology during absences
- Create duty rosters
- Assign operational tasks to employees
- Monitor ongoing implementation of measures
- Coordinate appointments
- Organize material orders
- Conduct warehouse management
- Process orders
- Assist with employee payroll (SAP-CATS)
- Confidently use MS Office to support administrative operations
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g. apprenticeship)
- Completed master craftsman training (as an example from the opening statement)
- Completed HTL training (as an example from the opening statement)
- Several years of professional experience in the respective field
- Initial leadership experience
- Strong leadership potential
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- High flexibility and quick adaptability to new tasks
- Calmness and composure during intensive work phases
- Ability to set priorities and reliably complete tasks
- Resilience during times of high responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP-CATS (in relation to employee accounting)
