Central responsibilities include the professional, personnel, and organizational management of this area, as well as coordinating branches and advising management.

Your responsibilities

Professional leadership of the Compensation Security division
Personnel management of the Compensation Security division
Organizational leadership of the Compensation Security division
Results-oriented planning and management of the division
Coordination of all branches in compensation security matters
Advising management on all aspects of the division
Review and drafting of legislative proposals
Coordination and cooperation with interest groups, especially the ISA
Ensuring the quality and quantity of the division's work outcomes
Contributing to the optimization of business processes, organizational development, and digital transformation measures, as well as professional involvement in the development of main application programs

Your profile

Completed law degree and/or extensive professional and organizational experience as a leader in Austrian insolvency compensation security
Comprehensive knowledge of the Austrian insolvency compensation security system
Knowledge of sovereign administrative procedures
High level of teamwork ability
Good communication skills
Conflict resolution skills
Excellent self-management
