Your responsibilities

Management of a branch area with 6–7 locations
Leading and supervising up to 30 employees
Making decisions on new hires in the area
Planning of staff deployment
Implementing and supporting staff development measures
Organizing the daily operations in the branches
Controlling and steering the area's performance
Planning and organizing branch operations
Taking over the branch area after completing trainee induction
Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Your profile

Recently completed degree at a university or university of applied sciences with a focus on economics
Willingness to take on leadership responsibility
