Leadership and management of a remote and multi-site control center with responsibility for monitoring, data collection, data analysis, and ensuring plant availability. The central responsibility is the technical leadership of the team as well as the standardization and quality assurance of support processes.

Your responsibilities

Leading and managing the remote and multi-site control center support
Managing, monitoring, and controlling various services for delivered warehousing logistics solutions
Conducting live data monitoring and systematic data collection
Analyzing collected data and initiating proactive and reactive measures to ensure operational availability
Planning and coordinating defined support tasks and processes within the department
Professionalizing and standardizing support process management including key performance indicator definition and reporting
Instructing and technically leading existing and new team members
Organizing ongoing training and team development
Assisting in initiating complaint and escalation measures and disseminating information to the management level
Monitoring the quality of internal and external reporting of the department

Your profile

More than 3 years of professional experience with standardized service processes
Certification (e.g., ITIL) is advantageous
Competence in planning and coordinating support tasks and processes
Experience in support process management including key performance indicator definition and reporting
Strong communication skills
Skills in conflict management
Enjoyment in supporting international clients
Ability to technically instruct team members
Experience in technical and communicative quality assurance
Ability to support complaint and escalation measures and ensure information flow to management
