Leadership of the welding and assembly department with responsibility for robotic welding processes, process design, documentation, and personnel management. The goal is to ensure production and quality targets through process optimization and TPM measures.

Your responsibilities

Set up and configure robotic welding systems
Gather and determine welding requirements
Assist in creating Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
Determine welding techniques and procedures
Select suitable and approved welding consumables and materials
Maintain and monitor production records
Provide technical leadership to staff
Provide disciplinary leadership to staff
Train and develop personnel
Drive and ensure adherence to TPM standards

Your profile

Relevant vocational training with at least 5 years of experience in MAG and WIG/MIG aluminum welding
Certified International Welding Specialist (IWS) is an advantage
Experience programming Yaskawa Motoman robots is an advantage
Experience in staff management
Solid IT skills (Windows Office, Excel, ERP)
English proficiency, both written and spoken
Independent, team-oriented leadership personality
Structured and solution-oriented working approach
High level of commitment and initiative
Technical understanding and interest
