Management of the production operations of a gravel plant with responsibility for operational processes, material and spare parts management, and maintenance. The central task is to ensure smooth production operations and lead the production team.

Your responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations in the production facility
Ensuring a smooth production process
Procuring and managing spare parts
Ensuring material availability
Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, especially critical parts
Leading, planning staffing, and developing employees in the production environment
Planning and coordinating maintenance activities
Prioritizing repair and maintenance work on production facilities
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
Analyzing disruptions and initiating appropriate improvement measures

Your profile

Completed degree in Raw Materials Engineering, Applied Geosciences, or a related field
Degree must provide the capability to assume plant management under MinRoG
Initial experience in the raw materials industry (beneficial)
Initial leadership experience managing teams (beneficial)
Organizational talent
Enthusiasm for continuous improvement
Drive and creativity
Social competence
Strong teamwork skills and reliability
