VP Supply Chain Management

• Take overall responsibility for logistics

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or business administration with a relevant focus
• Several years of strategic experience in supply chain management in a responsible position within the manufacturing industry
• Extensive Make-to-Stock expertise
• Experience in leading larger teams
• Knowledge in at least two of the areas: logistics & warehousing, operational purchasing, production planning
• Proactive, hands-on leadership personality
• Decisiveness
• Strong communication skills to convey change comprehensibly and convincingly
• Experience in change management and structured setup of transformation processes
• Ability to engage stakeholders
• Ability to ensure ongoing operations during changes
• End-to-end process thinking and data-driven approach
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel about 25% (higher during the initial phase)
• Ability to maintain the OTIF rate of 99% even during transformation
