• Several years of leadership experience
• Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education in economics, construction, or law
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Understanding of the non-profit, social mission of a housing provider
• Ideally, experience in non-profit housing or a regulated environment with a public mandate
• Very good understanding of the conditions of the Housing Non-Profit Act
• Knowledge in the financial management of non-profit building societies
• Experience in dealing with public owners
• Experience in dealing with funding agencies
• Experience in dealing with supervisory boards and political stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder and networking skills
• Competence in sustainability/ESG
• Competence in digitalization and innovation in construction and housing
