The role involves structuring and executing syndicated and complex corporate loans, as well as originating corresponding mandates. The main responsibility is managing loan transactions for companies in the CEE region, including modeling, document review, and collaboration with international partners.

Your responsibilities

Participating in origination activities with corporate clients
Preparing client presentations and pitch materials
Attending client meetings
Preparing and submitting loan applications
Creating and maintaining Excel-based financial models
Drafting briefings for management
Assisting in executing syndicated and complex corporate transactions
Reviewing mandate and loan documentation
Coordinating with syndication partners and contributing to marketing activities
Monitoring and reviewing existing portfolio positions, as well as preparing reports and risk management

Your profile

University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or similar
Study focus on Banking & Finance or Corporate Finance
Good understanding of financial statements
Understanding of deal structures
Basic knowledge of mandate and loan documentation
Approximately 5–6 years of relevant experience in syndication, structured finance, corporate banking, or similar
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
High attention to detail
Fluent in German and English
