As the Technical Director, you carry overall responsibility for the technical division and shape the strategic direction of the company. Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the technical division
Shape the strategic direction of the company
Explore new business areas and expand existing services
Identify market and technology trends and derive growth strategies
Ensure economic and quality-oriented project execution
Responsible for proposal, calculation, and contract strategies
Make final decisions on complex projects
Further develop organizational structures, processes, and metrics
Expand long-term customer and partner relationships
Lead and develop executives and employees

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience at executive or departmental management level in a technical project or service environment
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams
Strong entrepreneurial thinking
Strategic, technical, and economic competence
Experience in building and maintaining sustainable customer and partner networks
Strong understanding of market developments and technological trends
High decisiveness combined with empathy
Confident demeanor and excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for innovation
Experience in thermal energy technology, technical building equipment, or related industries is advantageous
