We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee complex plant construction projects. The position includes planning, coordinating, and implementing technical initiatives with a focus on organization and leadership.
Your responsibilities
- Management and coordination of complex plant construction projects
- Leading the respective project teams
- Responsibility for cost control during project phases
- Monitoring and adherence to deadlines
- Ensuring quality requirements
- Technical clarification of project requirements
- Coordination of interfaces between departments, planning partners, and suppliers
- Coordination with clients on project execution
- Organization and execution of tenders and awarding procedures
- Project organization and resource planning
- Preparation of internal and external reports
- Monitoring project progress
- Accompanying commissioning domestically and abroad
- Promoting customer satisfaction
- Ensuring economically successful implementation
Your profile
- Technical education in mechanical or plant engineering (HTL, FH, TU)
- Several years of experience in project management of plant construction projects
- Experience in the aerospace or automotive sectors is an advantage
- Leadership experience in managing project participants
- In-depth knowledge of common project management tools
- Structured and independent working style
- Solution-oriented approach
- High level of responsibility
- Strong implementation skills
- Confident demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Additional knowledge of Spanish or French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 25%
