Technical Head of Production

• Assuming management within a maximum of 12 months
• Managing a smaller craftsmanship unit
• Acting as a link between customers and the company
• Functioning as an internal interface with purchasing, sales, logistics, production, and finance
• Optimizing production processes
• Ensuring and deploying modern production technologies
• Actively managing small and large customers as well as industries
• Introducing new tools to support processes
• Ongoing development and optimization of existing processes
• Making rapid, practical decisions for operational control

• Completed higher education (e.g., apprenticeship with Matura, HTL, or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in a production environment
• Business management knowledge
• Leadership experience, ideally as a team lead or production manager
• Strong service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a pragmatic approach
• Independent, precise, and organized way of working
• Strong instinct for teams in a production setting
• English language skills are an advantage (training will be provided if needed)
• Sense of responsibility, loyalty, honesty, active communication, decision-making strength, and strategic foresight with a hands-on mentality
