Technical Head of Engineering and Maintenance

• Assume overall responsibility for engineering, maintenance, and facility management at two locations.
• Provide expert leadership and development for teams in engineering, maintenance, and facility.
• Manage costs and take responsibility for budget planning in the technical area.
• Participate in location decisions as a member of the local leadership team.
• Further develop organizational structures and processes within the area of responsibility.
• Plan and implement change processes through change management.
• Represent the company in negotiations with authorities on technical projects.
• Oversee and take responsibility for the technical implementation of investment projects.
• Ensure and monitor occupational health and safety in the technical area.

• Completed technical degree.
• Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline (preferred).
• Several years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership skills and team orientation.
• Excellent knowledge in plant engineering.
• Excellent knowledge in technical project management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly GMP.
• Experience collaborating with authorities.
• Experience in implementing technical investment projects.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
