You will take on the deputy leadership of the department for structural fire protection and insulation technology and represent the department head in their absence. You will plan duty rosters, coordinate operational processes, and ensure material and warehouse organization.
Your responsibilities
- Support department head in their absence
- Represent department head in their absence
- Create duty rosters
- Assign operational tasks
- Monitor ongoing implementation
- Coordinate appointments
- Organize material orders
- Conduct warehouse management
- Execute order processing
- Assist with employee payroll (SAP-CATS)
- Proficient in MS Office
Your profile
- Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, master craftsman, HTL)
- Several years of professional experience in the respective field
- Initial leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- High degree of flexibility
- Quick adaptability to new tasks
- Calmness and composure during intensive work phases
- Ability to set priorities effectively
- Resilience, especially under high responsibility
