Your responsibilities

Take over an exclusive delivery area
Acquire new clients
Strategically expand the delivery area
Recruit staff and integrate partners
Take on team leadership and coordination
Ensure on-time delivery
Monitor delivery quality
Optimize administrative processes in customer care
Implement customer retention measures
Develop and adjust the product range

Your profile

Willingness to work independently with business registration
Enjoy interacting with people and have a service-oriented attitude
Strong motivation and leadership skills
Professional experience in retail or sales
Ideally experienced in sales
Experience as a commercial agent or branch manager (desirable)
Apprenticeship in retail (nice-to-have)
Economic education, e.g., business college diploma, university of applied sciences or university degree (desirable)
Knowledge in customer care and customer retention processes
