Your responsibilities

Technical leadership of a logistics team
Disciplinary leadership of employees
Active participation in daily operations
Ensuring smooth material flow
Ensuring compliance with existing processes
Developing processes with a focus on efficiency
Developing processes with a focus on quality and safety
Identifying potential for improvement
Implementing optimizations independently and sustainably
Working closely with interfaces such as transport, customer service, and scheduling

Your profile

Completed education with a focus on logistics (apprenticeship, HAK, HTL, etc.)
Several years of professional experience in warehouse or transport logistics
Leadership experience as a warehouse manager
Good proficiency in MS Office
Confident handling of ERP systems
Clear communication skills
Responsible working approach
Enjoyment of team collaboration and achieving common goals
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to actively participate in daily operations
