In this position, you will take on tasks for the municipal treasury and also support the department management. You are responsible for payment transactions, approval procedures for medical services, as well as representation and assistance tasks in the financial area.

Your responsibilities

Support in the liquidity planning of the municipal treasury
Participation in cashless payment transactions
Support for the auditors in evaluating audit reports
Representation of the chief cashier in cash transactions
Independent management of approval procedures for medical services
Support in customer service of the KFA
Processing of reimbursements for medical and contract partner invoices
Processing of medication approvals
Settlement of medication approvals
Representation of the finance director’s assistant and assumption of secretarial, protocol, and billing tasks

Your profile

Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, vocational school, or equivalent)
Very good IT user skills
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Independent working style.
Precise work approach
Openness to new developments
Communication skills
Negotiation skills
Experience in the health insurance sector is desirable
Experience in accounting is desirable
