The position is responsible for company-wide controlling and financial steering, as well as preparing decision-relevant analyses for top management. Additionally, the role includes managing group-wide finance projects and business partnering with operational functions.

Your responsibilities

Analyzing financial and performance indicators
Deriving recommendations for action for management
Assisting with budgeting, mid-term planning, and forecasts
Validating planning data at group level
Preparing management reports
Creating decision templates and ad-hoc analyses
Further developing KPI systems and control logics
Acting as a sparring partner for divisions, departments, and local controlling teams
Managing and coordinating group-wide controlling, finance, and performance projects
Leading projects from conception through rollout to final analysis

Your profile

Completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling
Extensive experience in project management
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and investment calculation
Experience in management presentations
Experience in business case evaluations
Very good Excel skills
Very good PowerPoint skills
Experience with ERP, BI, or planning systems is advantageous
Very good German and English skills
