Lead all controlling activities for the Austrian legal entity and the EEMEA region, with responsibility for forecast, planning, month-end close, and reporting deadlines. The central aim is to provide meaningful analyses for control and decision-making support, as well as the strategic implementation of finance-related projects and process optimizations.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for the annual controlling cycle including forecast, planning, and month-end close for the Austrian legal entity and EEMEA.
Ensure compliance with all reporting deadlines for the Austrian legal entity and the EEMEA region.
Prepare timely and accurate analyses to inform senior management.
Lead and implement finance projects for the development of processes, systems, and governance.
Drive measures for process optimization within the finance organization.
Identify critical financial issues and develop proactive recommendations.
Manage tax matters for the Austrian legal entity.
Manage subgroup tax packages in coordination with global contacts.
Support and coordinate audits and reviews of the Austrian legal entity.
Oversee the application of international accounting standards in reporting.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Certification as a Public Accountant.
At least 5–7 years of experience in a mid-level finance, tax, or accounting position.
Knowledge of international accounting standards.
Experience with local tax issues.
Experience with SAP
Experience with Hyperion.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
German language skills at C1 level.
English language skills at B2 level.
