You manage the construction and commissioning phases of data center projects on site. You are responsible for schedules, quality, and costs, as well as the coordination of cross-trade processes.

Your responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the on-site construction phase
Take full responsibility for the on-site commissioning phase
Monitor schedules during construction and commissioning phases
Conduct quality controls of the executions
Monitor costs during project phases
Plan complex construction processes in the data center environment
Ensure resource planning and management
Coordinate across trades
Work closely with overall site management
Accompany and coordinate commissioning processes
Identify disruptions and performance issues early
Coordinate measures with project management and clients
Support project management in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential additional costs

Your profile

Completed electrical engineering training (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL)
At least ten years of experience in managing large-scale electrical or building technology projects
At least five years of relevant construction management experience in data center projects
In-depth understanding of commissioning and start-up processes
Experience in scheduling and detailed planning with the Last Planner System
Strong leadership skills
High level of responsibility and quality awareness
Good knowledge of MS Office 365
Driver's license class B and willingness to travel
Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
