We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in structural engineering, who will guide construction clients from initial consultation to sales completion. In this position, you independently manage design planning and coordinate all project-related processes.

Your responsibilities

Consultation with families on new construction projects
Support for clients in renovation and extension projects
Accompanying renovation projects to completion
Active sales of the expanded service offering
Independent design planning based on client requirements and budget
Coordination of planning and budgeting tasks
Documentation of client relationships in the CRM system
Preparation of projects for sampling
Handover of projects to the next department
Participation in company projects for further development

Your profile

Knowledge of building regulations
Completed technical construction education or equivalent experience
Experience in sales within the construction industry, especially house building or real estate
Highest level of customer orientation
