You take on the strategic leadership and financial responsibility for international large-scale projects. In doing so, you oversee EPCM, EPC, and Turnkey mandates, ensure budget, quality, and deadlines, and coordinate interdisciplinary, international teams.

Your responsibilities

Managing the overarching project vision and responsibility for strategic alignment
Ensuring the economic success of international large-scale projects
Leading complex EPCM mandates
Taking on full responsibility for EPC and turnkey design-build projects
Ensuring budget compliance
Guaranteeing compliance with quality standards
Coordinating and monitoring schedules
Managing interfaces between global branches
Coordinating interdisciplinary teams across continents
Conducting contract and risk management, including identifying opportunities and risks

Your profile

Completed studies in business, engineering, project management, or a comparable field with a focus on large-scale projects and international management
Extensive experience in leading large-scale projects in pharmaceutical plant engineering
Experience in managing EPC and turnkey projects
Ideally, experience with EPC/EPCM structures
Experience in managing culturally diverse teams
An inspiring leader who motivates teams to achieve peak performance
Proven experience in projects with global impact and collaboration with international expert networks
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel internationally
