You take on the operational management of a defined production area and are responsible for ensuring that production targets are met. You lead a team both technically and organizationally, ensuring quality and safety standards as well as planning, analyzing metrics, and implementing efficiency measures.

Your responsibilities

Operational management of a defined production area
Technical, disciplinary, and organizational leadership of the team
Control and monitoring of daily production processes
Promoting and developing employees
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and company processes
Ensuring cleanliness and work safety
Conducting demand and capacity planning
Close coordination with production planning
Analysis of production metrics, workflows, and costs
Deriving and implementing measures for efficiency improvement

Your profile

Completed training in mechanical engineering
Master craftsman certificate or HTL diploma (advantageous)
Qualification as a vocational trainer (advantageous)
Several years of experience in managing a production area or as a leader
Experience in controlling and monitoring production processes
Confident handling of ERP systems
Ability to analyze production metrics
Strong quality awareness
Knowledge in work safety and orderliness
Resilience, initiative, and team orientation
