- Ensuring professional fulfillment of client orders
- Guaranteeing high service quality for clients and candidates
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Several years of professional experience in the personnel services industry
- Previous leadership experience or willingness to assume a leadership role
- Ability to motivate and develop employees
- Entrepreneurial thinking and self-motivated action
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent negotiation skills
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Structured and independent working style
- Resilience and clarity in dynamic situations
- Well-connected in the region of Vienna North & East and surrounding regions
