You lead and develop the Beverage Logistics division, bearing operational and strategic responsibility. As the first point of contact for a strategically important client, you manage operational, tactical, and strategic activities across locations.

Your responsibilities

Co-responsibility for cross-location management of the Beverage Logistics division
Manage the key account and maintain the strategic customer relationship
Take on budget responsibility to steer branch success
Conduct regular reporting and monthly closing statements
Evaluate relevant KPIs and initiate optimization measures
Ensure professional customer support together with department heads
Conduct customer visits and lead alignment and review meetings
Develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions
Analyze transport and logistics processes and identify efficiency potentials
Coordinate collaboration with land and sea freight sectors to implement complex customer requirements

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management
Experience in key account management
Profound understanding of international supply chains and transport and logistics processes
Knowledge in land and sea freight (ideally)
Strong customer, service, and solution orientation
Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical working style
High communication and negotiation strength
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
High willingness to travel
German C1 and English B2
