We are looking for a responsible master/operations manager to oversee the workshop and after-sales area. You will take on technical and commercial responsibilities, lead a team, and manage processes from quote generation to scheduling and billing.
Your responsibilities
- Technical management of the workshop
- Commercial management of the workshop and after-sales area
- Responsibility for spare parts management
- Receipt and processing of incoming orders
- Leading the workshop team
- Further development and support of employees
- Preparation of offers
- Scheduling and coordination of workshop assignments
- Billing for services rendered
- Control and coordination of workshop orders
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Handling warranty and guarantee cases
- Coordination with customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
Your profile
- Solid training in agricultural and mechanical engineering (apprenticeship or master)
- Completed apprenticeship in agricultural and mechanical engineering
- Master’s certificate in agricultural and mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the construction machinery sector
- Several years of professional experience in the agricultural machinery sector
- Experience in staff management
- Experience in a managerial role
- Solid commercial knowledge
