Managing Partner
As a franchise partner, you will establish and independently operate your own branch in the recruitment consultancy and recruiting sector. You will acquire clients and candidates, conduct interviews, and guide applicants through the entire selection process.
Your responsibilities
- Establishing your own branch
- Management and operational leadership of the branch
- Developing sustainable customer relationships
- Maintaining existing customer contacts
- Preparation of job profiles
- Creation and publication of job ads
- Acquisition of qualified candidates in the national environment
- Acquisition of qualified candidates in the international environment
- Conducting structured interviews
- Supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process
- Cross-selling of additional services (e.g., personnel development, training, Media House)
