As a manager, you are responsible for implementing and optimizing Microsoft-based IT solutions with a focus on cloud, infrastructure, and security. You lead projects, advise clients on IT infrastructure, and develop cloud strategies for digital transformation.

Your responsibilities

Implementation of solutions in Azure, MS 365, infrastructure, and security
Optimization of existing solutions in Azure, MS 365, infrastructure, and security
Leading projects for the development of Microsoft-based solutions
Development of Microsoft-based solutions
Implementation of Microsoft-based solutions in projects
Advising clients on the optimization of their IT infrastructure
Supporting the implementation of IT infrastructure optimizations
Ensuring the integration of security concepts into IT projects
Development of cloud strategies to promote digital transformation
Co-development of business development measures in the field of Microsoft technologies

Your profile

At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, MS 365)
At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT security
Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in a technical or STEM field
Excellent consulting skills
Experience in internal or external consulting, ideally
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Microsoft certifications are desirable
Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and team spirit
