You lead the sales of the Care Catering division and are fully responsible for its revenue development. In this role, you manage a team, develop the sales strategy, coordinate lead management, and ensure the support of existing clients.

Your responsibilities

Managing revenue and margin development of the division
Developing and implementing the sales strategy
Coordinating lead management
Continuing and advancing customer support
Acquiring new clients through direct outreach
Participating in and managing tenders
Leading the sales team both technically and disciplinarily
Maintaining stakeholder relationships and networks
Analyzing market trends and identifying new business models
Creating regular reports and presentations for executive levels

Your profile

Completed academic, commercial, or culinary training
Several years of experience in sales
Several years of leadership experience and ability to manage teams
Communication skills
Negotiation skills
Strategic thinking as well as initiative and flexibility
Customer orientation and market knowledge
Teamwork skills and a solution-oriented approach
Experience with CRM systems and lead management
Experience in community catering or (system) gastronomy is advantageous
