You will lead the accounting department and be responsible for bookkeeping and accounting in accordance with relevant regulations. Additionally, you ensure stable structures in daily operations and guide the planned system transition to SAP.

Your responsibilities

Professional leadership of the accounting department
Disciplinary management of the accounting team
Ensuring proper bookkeeping in accordance with UGB
Conducting accounting in accordance with UGB and WGG
Preparation of quarterly financial statements
Preparing annual financial statements
Advancement of existing processes and workflows
Stabilization and standardization of internal accounting processes
Accompaniment and implementation of the system transition from IGEL to SAP (planned January 2027)
Close collaboration with management and internal interfaces

Your profile

Completed accountant certification or equivalent education
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership position within the real estate industry
Knowledge of MRG (advantageous)
Knowledge of WEG (advantageous)
Strong IT affinity
SAP knowledge (advantageous)
Strong execution skills
Structured and solution-oriented working approach
Ability to convey stability and lead teams clearly
Reliability, hands-on mentality, and decisiveness
