Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for operational management of the production areas of processing and packaging
Further development of production processes, structures, and standards
Leadership and development of department heads
Ensuring quality, cost-effective, and timely production in a 3-shift operation
Management of production capacities
Planning and managing staff requirements
Monitoring and analyzing production metrics
Early detection and management of bottlenecks
Supporting investment decisions and implementing new equipment
Participation in cross-departmental projects and organizational development measures

Your profile

Extensive leadership and production experience, preferably in the food industry
Technical education with a production focus or comparable qualification
Experience in highly automated serial production in a multi-shift operation
In-depth understanding of production processes
Experience in analyzing and managing metrics
Knowledge of relevant food standards
Knowledge of ERP systems (advantageous)
Calm, confident, and decisive personality
Clear and respectful leadership skills with a focus on employee development
Pragmatic hands-on mentality combined with analytical and forward-thinking
