You take on the strategic management of marketing and product management, including brand leadership and product life cycles. You'll lead a team, manage campaigns, and oversee coordination with external partners as well as the budget.

Your responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategy
Ensure consistent brand presence
Lead the marketing & product management team both technically and disciplinarily
Perform resource and capacity planning
Design and manage a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy
Further develop brand strategy and manage private label brands
Oversee online presence and social media activities
Select, brief, and coordinate external service providers and agencies
Design and implement employer branding campaigns in cooperation with personnel management
Strategically manage product life cycle, innovations and relaunches, and derive actions from market and competitive analyses

Your profile

Completed business studies (Marketing/Product Management)
Several years of experience in a similar position
Ideally experience in FMCG or the food sector
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Knowledge in brand management
Technical and disciplinary leadership experience
Service-oriented leadership personality
Innovative and implementation-driven approach
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
Keen sense of trends and a passion for cheese
