Lead marketing for the OTC and Rx portfolio with strategic and operational responsibility. The central task is managing the marketing mix and leading and developing the product management team.

Your responsibilities

Strategic management of the marketing mix for OTC and Rx products
Operational implementation of marketing activities for the portfolio
Responsibility for a selected product including controlling
Leadership of the product management team
Development and coaching of the team
Development of brand and product strategies
Adaptation and implementation of product measures
Coordination with international marketing and brand managers
Participation in cross-country strategic projects
Management of external partners as well as budget and results responsibility

Your profile

Several years of marketing or product management experience
Experience in international pharmaceutical companies
Solid experience with OTC products
Experience with Rx products (ideally)
Good understanding of consumer marketing
Initial proven leadership experience
Experience in corporate and stakeholder structures
Experience in global coordination management
Strong communication skills
Diplomacy, implementation focus, and strategic thinking ability
