Head of Payroll

Management and operational responsibility for the monthly payroll as well as the professional and disciplinary leadership of a two-person team. Central tasks also include handling labor law cases, participating in official inspections, and preparing evaluations and key performance indicator reports.

Your responsibilities

Responsibility for and execution of the monthly payroll
Professional leadership of a two-person team
Disciplinary leadership of a two-person team
Handling of labor law cases in collaboration with the Head of HR
Participation in official inspections
Preparation of various evaluations
Preparation of key performance indicator reports

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Completed payroll accounting certification
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Thorough knowledge of labor law
Thorough knowledge of social security law
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as BMD knowledge
Experience with SAP is an advantage
English skills are an advantage
Strong solution orientation and independent, structured working style
