• Preparation and execution of monthly financial statements

• Resolution of specific HR-related issues
• Management and organization of inventory
• Coordination of the ordering system for inventory

• Implementation of a new management system including CRM
• Coordination and organization of investments
• Automation of dunning processes

• Professional experience in a small or medium-sized company
• Ideally, experience in similar tasks in the finance and HR sectors
• Strong understanding of financial processes and HR management
• Strong IT affinity
• Interest in developing digital processes further
• Enjoyment of redesigning existing structures
