Management of the finance department with responsibility for planning, processing, and controlling financial matters. The position acts as an advisory role to management and includes strategic financial planning, budget control, liquidity planning, and managing an employee.
Your responsibilities
- Point of contact for management
- Interface with external partners
- Strategic financial planning for institutions and projects
- Design of an automated controlling system
- Further development of the controlling system in coordination with management
- Budget planning in collaboration with management
- Budget control and monitoring
- Regular controlling and reporting
- Ongoing liquidity planning and overview
- Managing and representing an employee
Your profile
- Completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and/or financial management
- Data affinity
- IT and digitalization competence
- Knowledge of Excel and BMD
- Analytical work approach
- Structured working style
- Solution-oriented work approach
- Leadership experience an advantage
- Willingness to travel to Vienna and Salzburg
