You manage and develop the financial departments, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial statements according to UGB. You also oversee liquidity and working capital management and lead the finance team.

Your responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of budgets
Creation and updating of forecasts
Analysis and monitoring of variances between planning and actuals
Responsibility for ongoing accounting
Preparation of annual financial statements according to UGB
Plan and manage liquidity
Management of working capital
Leadership of the finance team
Development of the finance team
Collaboration with management in financial matters

Your profile

Several years of experience in controlling
Several years of experience in accounting
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Very good Excel skills
Very good ERP knowledge
Knowledge of preparing financial statements according to UGB
Experience in leading and developing teams
Self-reliant working style
Solution-oriented work approach
Team orientation
