In this position, you will lead the Controlling department and work closely with operational business areas. You are responsible for developing processes, managing financial planning, and leading a small team.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor the company's economic development
- Prepare reports, monthly statements, and ad-hoc analyses
- Oversee integrated financial planning
- Manage budgeting and forecast processes
- Conduct business case evaluations
- Advise management and specialist departments as a sparring partner
- Clearly present complex business topics
- Lead and develop a small controlling team
- Support innovation projects with controlling expertise
- Ensure high data quality and reliable control information
- Review and enhance existing controlling processes
- Drive the digitization and automation of controlling and reporting processes
Your profile
- Solid commercial education with a focus on controlling, finance, or business administration
- Several years of experience in controlling
- Willingness and enthusiasm to take on responsibility
- Ideally, management experience or interest in a first leadership role
- Confident understanding of business relationships
- Ability to think beyond one's own tasks
- Conceptual and management-oriented thinking
- Quick comprehension and clear presentation of complex topics
- Interest in new IT tools and digital solutions
- Passion for continuously improving processes, e.g., with BI solutions
- Open and clear communication
- Confident and respectful demeanor
