Leadership and strategic management of the entire supply chain, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, and timely delivery. Responsibility for leading the supply chain team and analyzing, digitizing, and continuously optimizing end-to-end processes.

Your responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the strategic management of supply chain operations
Plan requirements to ensure delivery capability
Manage procurement processes, including make-or-buy decisions
Plan production and capacities with a focus on adherence to deadlines and productivity
Optimize inventory management to reduce stock levels
Build, maintain, and further develop a high-performance supplier network
Establish and further develop integrated planning processes such as S&OP, forecasting, and demand planning
Analyze, digitize, and continuously optimize end-to-end processes along the value chain
Coordinate with sales, project management, and production to ensure time, cost, and quality objectives
Lead, develop, and motivate the supply chain team

Your profile

Completed studies with a focus on business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional and leadership experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing industry environment
In-depth knowledge of procurement, production planning, and inventory management
Knowledge of national and international logistics processes
Experience in building, maintaining, and further developing the logistics area
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong affinity for process optimization, digitization, and data-driven management
Persuasive leadership personality with strong social competence and communication skills
Desirable: Good SAP knowledge
Fluent English skills and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (about 10%)
