Head of Social Media and Content

• Take responsibility for the entire social media agenda and content strategy.
• Design state-of-the-art content with a focus on short-form videos.
• Manage content production.
• Distribute content across relevant social media channels.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the social media team.
• Proactive management of external agencies.
• Build and maintain a loyal online community through community management, trendjacking, and real-time marketing.
• Strategically develop the influencer network and select suitable brand ambassadors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the media team for paid social campaigns.
• Define and monitor relevant KPIs including social listening, derive data-driven action recommendations, and manage the social media budget.

• Completed degree or training focused on marketing, digital media, or communication.
• Solid professional experience in social media, content marketing, or digital brand management.
• Ideally, experience in the FMCG, retail, or agency environment.
• Initial leadership experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of current platform algorithms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).
• Strong sense for digital trends and viral mechanisms.
• Proficiency with social media management and analysis tools.
• Initial experience using AI tools to support content is advantageous.
• Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Structured, self-driven work style with strong organizational skills, communication skills, and assertiveness.
