Head of Secure Connectivity

• Responsibility for the operation and development of VPN, firewall, IPS, WAF, and DDoS services as well as Zero Trust and privileged access solutions.
• Establishing operational excellence in availability, resilience, lifecycle, and capacity management.
• Advancing the migration from broad network access to identity-, device-, and context-based access.
• Managing incident handling, control failures, and service degradations with clear escalation and lessons learned.
• Building and maintaining strong interfaces with identity, architecture, detection, incident response, and technology operation.
• Creating reusable blueprints, patterns, and standards for group-wide use.
• Aligning with Group Security and relevant units before implementing local standalone solutions.
• Reducing implicit trust, standing privileges, and uncontrolled access paths.
• Implementing processes for predictable change and lifecycle management to minimize avoidable disruptions.
• Leading teams and collaborating with peers to enhance service maturity and group value-added output.

• Leadership experience in operational security, network, or infrastructure platforms, or comparable environments.
• Proven success in improving operational reliability, resilience, and change quality in high-availability services.
• Experience in incident handling and lifecycle management of business-critical services.
• Solid understanding of modern network security, Zero Trust concepts, and privileged access.
• Knowledge of enterprise connectivity requirements.
• Ability to balance security, usability, resilience, and delivery speed.
• Confident stakeholder management across operations, technology, security, and management levels.
