You assume overall responsibility for the Regulatory Affairs division with approximately 50 employees across five teams. The goal is the strategic alignment and successful implementation of international approval projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

Lead the entire Regulatory Affairs division
Manage and further develop five specialist teams
Oversee complex approval projects in Austria, the EU, and non-EU countries
Develop and integrate the overall regulatory strategy
Ensure timely and high-quality approval implementations
Represent the company to regulatory authorities
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external partners
Evaluate regulatory risks and develop management recommendations
Further develop processes, structures, and governance
Create approval budgets and control expenditures

Your profile

Completed degree in natural sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, etc.)
Several years of leadership experience in Regulatory Affairs
In-depth knowledge of European approval procedures
Knowledge of international approval procedures (including MRP/DCP, central procedures)
Proven experience in the strategic management of approval projects
Experience in leading and developing teams
Confident demeanor when interacting with authorities and external partners
Strategic thinking ability
Decisiveness and strong implementation orientation
Excellent German and English skills
