Head of Production

Take responsibility for all production processes and further develop the organization and operations. A key task is leading the production management teams and ensuring quality, output, and resource utilization.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the production processes
Lead department heads and over 200 employees in shift operations
Further develop process and organizational structures
Ensure optimal resource utilization
Ensure quality and output
Strengthen LEAN and modern leadership culture
Drive continuous improvement processes
Collaborate with SCM, technology, and other internal stakeholders
Coordinate external partners
Lead or participate in projects within the area, the company, or the corporate group

Your profile

Completed higher technical education
Academic degree preferred
Several years of leadership experience in flow/serial production
Experience in shift operations
Commercial understanding
Knowledge of Lean methodologies
English language skills
Socially competent, modern leadership personality
Clear communication skills
Strong implementation and decision-making abilities, as well as process-oriented thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
