• Assuming overall responsibility for production processes.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., SCM, technology) and external partners.
• Bearing full budget responsibility.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations, provisions, and guidelines.
• Leading and participating in projects within the area, the company, and the corporate group.

• Completed higher technical education
• Academic degree is an advantage.
• Several years of leadership experience in flow/series production with shift operation.
• Commercial understanding
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies
