You oversee the functional management of Production, Purchasing/Supply Chain, and Quality Management, ensuring the operational implementation of strategic directives. Your focus is on KPI-driven production planning, advancing QM systems, and leading a performance-oriented team.

Your responsibilities

Consolidate responsibility for Production, Purchasing/Supply Chain, and Quality Management
Introduce KPIs and transparency in processes
Implement modern production planning
Drive ISO re-certification of Quality Management
Align Quality Management System with international structure
Translate strategic goals into operational measures
Ensure alignment between local and international requirements
Continuously develop KPI and QM systems
Lead and develop the team as a hands-on leader
Create a framework for performance, responsibility, and job satisfaction

Your profile

Completed technical or business degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, or similar)
Solid professional experience in operations or production environments
Several years of leadership experience in production and purchasing/supply chain
Experience in establishing and advancing quality management systems
Proficient handling of ISO standards
Experience with re-certification processes
Strong KPI affinity
Excellent English skills
Proficient communication in international matrix structures
Hands-on mentality, leadership skills, and experience in team development
