Marketing Director

• Lead and implement the brand marketing strategy
• Develop market-appropriate product value propositions and benefit narratives
• Create communication materials for internal and external audiences
• Implement the strategy across all relevant channels
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns and PR activities
• Plan and execute events and POS activations
• Optimize digital marketing measures
• Lead and coach the marketing team and oversee merchandising processes
• Create and manage the annual budget and monitor expenditures

• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in the fashion/sports apparel industry
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership
• Proven experience in international marketing strategies for apparel
• Deep knowledge of fashion, sports, and lifestyle trends
• Experience in selecting and maintaining external partners such as press, bloggers, agencies, and sports clubs
• Strong project management skills
• Leadership and presentation strength
• Problem-solving oriented thinking and working style
• Cooperative, team-oriented work attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
