Your responsibilities

Steer the further development of the logistics site
Professional and disciplinary leadership of around 20 employees
Identify optimization potential and develop logistics strategies
Plan, continuously improve, and control warehouse processes
Analyze complex logistical challenges
Derive and implement countermeasures
Drive innovations at the site
Ensure efficient operations and manage the budget
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration and align with management
Regularly manage and personally attend to key accounts

Your profile

Completed education in logistics or freight forwarding
At least 3 years of experience in contract logistics
At least 3 years of experience in team leadership
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Experience in project management
Experience with warehouse management systems
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Solution-oriented thinking, even in stressful situations
High initiative, quality awareness, goal orientation, and an empathetic leadership style with business acumen and analytical skills
