Leadership and further development of Group Controlling with professional and disciplinary responsibility for the controlling team. Key tasks include group planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to the board; also managing project controlling throughout the entire property development cycle.

Your responsibilities

Further development of Group Controlling
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team
Responsibility for group planning and budgeting
Creation of forecasts and monthly reporting to the board
Execution of project controlling from acquisition review to disposal
Development and implementation of KPIs and return metrics
Creation of management dashboards
Analysis of variances and identification of risks
Management of liquidity planning in coordination with the finance department
Accompanying ERP/BI projects and optimizing controlling processes

Your profile

Completed studies in business administration
Focus on controlling, finance, or real estate (ideally)
At least 7 years of experience in controlling, including several years in the real estate industry or project development
Proven experience in team leadership
Experience working with management and supervisory bodies
Understanding of real estate-related metrics, project financing, and valuation models
Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
Analytical thinking and structured working approach
Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on mentality
